Back in May 2015, I saw Sufjan Stevens on his "Carry & Lowell" tour, and I remember him saying something on stage between songs that stuck with me. He mentioned he loves writing sad songs and takes it a step further by "adding a dead dog on top of it."
I tried to capture that eerie emotional vibe in my video, both visually and sonically.
